| Build Type | Necromancer - Poison / Summon Necromancer - Optimized |
| Main Skills | Poison Nova, Poison Explosion, Poison Dagger, Raise Skeleton, Skeleton Mastery, Lower Resist, Corpse Explosion |
| Skill Target | Level 90, all 12 quest skill points |
This Optimized Poison/Summon Necromancer combines a skeleton army with Poison Nova. The level-90 plan follows a documented summon-focused hybrid branch: Raise Skeleton, Skeleton Mastery and two poison skills take priority, with remaining points going to Poison Dagger. The package includes the exact character, inventory and Act II mercenary items listed below.
Build the skeleton army from available corpses and summon Clay Golem. Use Lower Resist before Poison Nova against suitable targets, letting the summons occupy enemies while poison runs its course. After corpses are available, Corpse Explosion adds physical and fire damage; choose Amplify Damage or Lower Resist according to the damage you need. Curses generally replace one another on a target. Revives are temporary and need suitable corpses. This allocation favors skeleton investment over fully maxing every poison synergy, so it has less poison synergy investment than a dedicated poison build. No equipment is supplied for sacrificing a runeword to Iron Golem. Use the listed Call to Arms / Spirit switch for buffs. The Infinity mercenary can support skeleton hit chance and the fire portion of Corpse Explosion through Conviction, but Conviction does not reduce poison resistance. Poison Nova relies on Lower Resist and the Necromancer's own applicable gear modifiers.
