| Build Type | Assassin - Non-Mosaic Phoenix Strike Assassin - Optimized |
| Main Skills | Phoenix Strike, Claws of Thunder, Fists of Fire, Blades of Ice, Dragon Claw, Shadow Master |
| Skill Target | Level 90, all 12 quest skill points |
This Optimized Phoenix Strike Assassin uses two Bartuc's Cut-Throat claws and manual charge management. Guillaume's Face and Gore Rider accompany the elemental martial arts equipment. The package includes the exact listed character and Act II mercenary items, with a level-90 skill plan.
Use the Call to Arms / Spirit switch for Battle Command and Battle Orders, then return to both claws. Use Burst of Speed for movement and attacks, or choose Fade when its defensive benefits are needed; they do not run together. Build Phoenix Strike charges with successful attacks and release them with Dragon Claw. Watch the charge count as you alternate attacks and finishers. Meteor, lightning and cold releases offer different ways to approach resistant enemies. Replenish charges as they are spent: these claws have no Mosaic charge-retention modifier. Cast Shadow Master for support, use Cloak of Shadows and Mind Blast against susceptible packs, and avoid being surrounded. Dragon Flight provides targeted repositioning; this kit has no item-granted Teleport. Insight supports mana recovery while the mercenary is alive. Keep potions ready and check Hell resistances after equipping.
