Build Overview

This Top Tier Singer package equips two Heart of the Oak flails, Enigma and a +2 Barbarian Skills / 20% Faster Cast Rate circlet for a caster Barbarian built around War Cry. Battle Orders and the invested warcry synergies support the level-95 plan. Two +3 Warcries magic weapons form the separate buff switch. The Act II mercenary uses ethereal Insight Thresher, ethereal Fortitude in a random 2000-defense armor base, and ethereal Andariel's Visage.

How To Play

Cast Battle Command and Battle Orders before fighting. Use War Cry near susceptible enemies, with Taunt to draw suitable ranged targets closer. Move away from monsters that cannot be controlled and watch mana during repeated casts. Return to the Heart of the Oak pair for combat casting. Enigma supplies Teleport; avoid landing inside uncontrolled packs.
