This category includes Hinekora’s Lock, Sacred Orb, Veiled Exalted Orb, Veiled Chaos Orb, Fracturing Orb, Tailoring Orb, Tempering Orb, Reflecting Mist, Voidborn Reliquary Key, Valdo’s Puzzle Box, Refracting Fog, Stacked Deck, Volatile Vaal Orb, Foulborn Orb of Augmentation, Foulborn Regal Orb, Foulborn Exalted Orb, Flesh of Xesht, Rogue’s Marker, and other unusual currency-style items.
Some of these are used for crafting. Others are closer to access items, gamble rewards, corruption tools, or league-specific trade pieces. Hinekora’s Lock and Fracturing Orb are usually about protecting or locking in value before a risky craft. Voidborn Reliquary Keys, Valdo’s Puzzle Boxes, Stacked Decks, and Rogue’s Markers sit closer to reward systems and special content. Foulborn currency and Volatile Vaal Orbs belong to the newer, stranger side of item modification.
