Does this include a character or leveling?

This is an equipment package with a level-90 skill plan. The listed character and mercenary items are included. A character and leveling service are excluded.

What skill allocation does this build use?

The level-90 plan assigns 101 hard points: 20 each in Frozen Orb, Hydra, Fire Ball and Fire Mastery; 8 in Cold Mastery; 2 in Fire Bolt; and eleven single-point prerequisites and utility skills. All 12 quest skill points are assumed.

Are charms and a weapon switch included?

Includes the listed Annihilus and Sorceress Torch, two 12% FHR Fire skillers, five plain Fire skillers, four 5-all-resistance small charms and four 20-Life small charms. Call to Arms and Spirit Monarch form the switch. No Sunder charm is listed in this tier.

Are all item rolls perfect?

Only variants explicitly described as perfect have perfect specifications. All other bases, roll ranges and socket contents remain as listed. The image illustrates the build archetype rather than the delivered rolls.

How should I assign attributes?

Meet the delivered equipment requirements, particularly the Spirit Monarch on both weapon sets where included. Count only usable item bonuses before allocating Strength, then assign the remaining points according to the intended life plan. This tree does not invest in Energy Shield.

D2R Hydra Frozen Orb Optimized

Class	Sorceress
Build Type	Sorceress - Hydra / Frozen Orb Sorceress - Optimized
Main Skills	Frozen Orb, Hydra, Fire Ball, Fire Mastery
Skill Target	Level 90, all 12 quest skill points

Build Overview

This Optimized Hydra / Frozen Orb Sorceress package combines Heart of the Oak, Shako, Chains of Honor and Spirit Monarch. Its fire-skiller inventory supports Hydra while Frozen Orb supplies a second damage element. The listed Annihilus, Torch, small charms and Call to Arms switch are included. The Act II mercenary uses ethereal Insight, ethereal Fortitude and ethereal Andariel's Visage. Its level-90 plan spends all 101 hard points.

Pros

Hydra and Frozen Orb provide two damage elements for different targets.
The specified charm inventory, prebuff switch and mercenary equipment are included.

Cons

Split skill investment trades single-element specialization for broader coverage.
Hydra line of sight and Frozen Orb placement affect results; some resistance combinations remain difficult.

How To Play

Place Hydras with clear lines of fire and cast Frozen Orb toward packs so its burst reaches the target. Choose the element that suits the enemy resistance, and reposition with Teleport rather than standing inside the pack. Frozen Armor is available for defense. Fire and cold damage broaden target coverage but do not guarantee a solution to every immunity combination.
