Does this include a character or leveling?

This is an equipment package with a level-95 skill plan. The listed character and mercenary items are included. A character and leveling service are excluded.

What skill allocation does this build use?

The level-95 tree uses 106 hard points after all 12 quest skill points. Cold Arrow, Freezing Arrow, Strafe and Guided Arrow each receive 20 points; Valkyrie receives 14. The remaining points cover Pierce, prerequisites and utility skills, as shown in the table.

Are charms and a weapon switch included?

Yes. The package includes the listed CTA/Spirit switch, perfect Annihilus and Amazon Torch, cold Sunder charm, seven Bow and Crossbow skillers and eight small charms.

Are all item rolls perfect?

Only variants explicitly described as perfect have perfect specifications. All other bases, roll ranges and socket contents remain as listed. The image illustrates the build archetype rather than the delivered rolls.

How should I assign attributes?

Meet the requirements of the delivered gear, including the Spirit Monarch on switch, before assigning the remaining attributes. Item bonuses and rolls affect the final allocation. No single attack-speed or resistance result is promised for every listed roll.

D2R Frostmaiden Top Tier | Sanctuary Relic

Class	Amazon
Build Type	Amazon - Freezing Arrow Frostmaiden - Top Tier
Main Skills	Freezing Arrow, Cold Arrow, Valkyrie, Pierce
Skill Target	Level 95, all 12 quest skill points

Build Overview

Ice in a +3 Bow and Crossbow Skills Matriarchal Bow anchors this Frostmaiden package, with Nightwing's Veil, Chains of Honor and an Infinity Act II mercenary. It includes a 6/6/4 Call to Arms and Spirit switch, perfect Annihilus and Amazon Torch, the listed cold Sunder charm, seven Bow skillers and eight small charms. The complete level-95 plan focuses on Freezing Arrow, with Strafe and Guided Arrow as physical alternatives. Other items retain their stated ranges; Top Tier does not mean every roll is perfect.

Pros

Cold damage and control against enemies that can be frozen.
Ice main weapon, CTA/Spirit switch and the specified charm inventory are included.

Cons

Cold-resistant enemies and mana demand still need attention.
The physical secondary attacks depend on bow damage; they do not make every encounter equivalent.

How To Play

Fire Freezing Arrow into groups, using Decoy and Valkyrie to occupy enemies while you keep your distance. Use the physical bow attacks when appropriate, but expect their damage to depend on Ice's bow base and roll. Refresh Battle Orders from the switch, then return to Ice for combat. Keep the Infinity mercenary nearby, manage mana with potions, and check the Sunder charm's resistance penalty against the delivered gear. Cold damage does not freeze every enemy.
