| Build Type | Paladin - Fist of the Heavens Paladin - Top Tier |
| Main Skills | Fist of the Heavens, Holy Bolt, Conviction, Holy Shock |
| Skill Target | Level 95, all 12 quest skill points |
This Top Tier Fist of the Heavens package uses the documented FoH/Conviction branch, with Holy Bolt and Holy Shock investment. Griffon's Eye, Heart of the Oak, Enigma and Herald of Zakarum equip the caster. The Act II mercenary uses ethereal Infinity, Fortitude and Andariel's Visage. A 6/6/4 CTA/Spirit switch, perfect Annihilus and Paladin Torch, the listed lightning Sunder charm, seven Combat skillers and eight small charms are included. The level-95 tree spends all 106 hard points. Compare exact rolls and quantities in the tables.
Keep Holy Shield active and use Fist of the Heavens against suitable groups. Holy Bolts are especially useful against demons and undead; their magic damage is separate from the initial lightning strike. Conviction supports lightning damage, not the magic Holy Bolts. Refresh CTA buffs, then return to the main set. The mercenary and Paladin Conviction auras do not add together; a stronger applicable aura takes precedence. Use Enigma to reposition and check resistance with the listed Sunder charm equipped.
Holy Bolts from Fist of the Heavens target demons and undead. Conviction affects lightning damage rather than the magic Holy Bolts.
