Does this include a character or leveling?

This is an equipment package with a level-95 skill plan. The listed character and mercenary items are included. A character and leveling service are excluded.

What skill allocation does this build use?

Level 95: 20 each in Poison Nova, Poison Explosion and Poison Dagger; 20 Raise Skeleton; 8 Corpse Explosion; eighteen one-point prerequisite or utility skills. Total 106 with all skill quests completed.

Are charms and a weapon switch included?

Includes the listed Annihilus, Necromancer Torch, Renewed Rotting Fissure, seven Poison and Bone skillers, four resistance small charms and four life small charms, plus the Call to Arms / Spirit switch.

Are all item rolls perfect?

Only variants explicitly described as perfect have perfect specifications. All other bases, roll ranges and socket contents remain as listed. The image illustrates the build archetype rather than the delivered rolls.

How should I assign attributes?

Meet actual equipment requirements using bonuses available at each equipping step. For a shield-blocking approach, adjust Dexterity at your current level to the block chance you choose; put remaining points into Vitality. The higher tiers include a Spirit Monarch on switch, whose requirements must also be met. No fixed block chance, resistance cap, life total, poison damage or cast breakpoint is promised.

D2R Trang-Oul Poison Necromancer Top Tier

Class	Necromancer
Build Type	Necromancer - Trang-Oul Poison Necromancer - Top Tier
Main Skills	Poison Nova, Poison Dagger, Poison Explosion, Raise Skeleton, Corpse Explosion, Lower Resist, Clay Golem
Skill Target	Level 95, all 12 quest skill points

Build Overview

This Top Tier Trang-Oul Poison Necromancer includes the full five-piece set and a level-95 poison/summoning plan. Poison Nova is the main attack, skeletons provide support and Corpse Explosion uses the first available corpses. The exact equipment, inventory and mercenary gear are listed below.

Pros

The full set supplies poison bonuses and access to additional fire spells.
Skeletons, curses and corpse explosions add support around Poison Nova.

Cons

Vampire-form casting is slower than normal Necromancer casting.
Poison-resistant targets, missing corpses and summon losses can interrupt your rhythm.

How To Play

Use the Call to Arms / Spirit switch for Battle Command and Battle Orders, then return to Death's Web and Trang-Oul's Wing. Keep your skeletons and Clay Golem available. Apply Lower Resist before Poison Nova against appropriate targets, then use Corpse Explosion once corpses are available. Use Amplify Damage when it better suits physical attacks and corpse explosions; each curse replaces the previous curse on that target. Dim Vision and Decrepify provide situational control. Repeated Poison Novas refresh the poison rather than stacking independent damage. The full set transforms the Necromancer into a vampire with slower casting than the normal form; do not assume normal-form cast breakpoints. Use the set-granted fire skills as situational tools. No Teleport item is included, so travel and positioning require care. Carry potions and skip enemies the included setup cannot safely handle. The Infinity mercenary supports the fire portion of Corpse Explosion; Conviction does not lower poison resistance. No sacrificial Insight weapon for an Iron Golem is included.
