| Build Type | Assassin - Claws of Thunder Assassin - Top Tier |
| Main Skills | Claws of Thunder, Blades of Ice, Phoenix Strike, Dragon Talon, Fade |
| Skill Target | Level 95, all 12 quest skill points |
This Top Tier Claws of Thunder Assassin uses two assembled Mosaic Greater Talons with +3 Phoenix Strike bases. Claws of Thunder and Blades of Ice supply the main charged attacks, Phoenix Strike supplies their synergy and an optional charge, and Dragon Talon releases them. The complete skill plan targets level 95. Available for SC Non-Ladder only; the tier name does not make the Mosaic package available on Ladder.
Equip both Mosaic claws before building charges. Use Claws of Thunder, Blades of Ice and Cobra Strike to build the charges you want, then release them with Dragon Talon. Phoenix Strike can add its two-charge lightning effect; rebuild to the chosen charge count rather than assuming all three levels produce the same effect. With both claws equipped, Mosaic preserves charges on finishers and refreshes their duration, but charges can still expire during downtime. Keep attacking eligible targets between packs when maintaining charges. The plan leaves Fists of Fire at its prerequisite point; it does not rely on stacking its physical-to-fire conversion. Use Fade for resistance coverage and physical damage reduction. Burst of Speed replaces Fade, so choose it only when its movement and attack speed are more useful than the lost defenses. Cloak of Shadows and Mind Blast provide control while building charges. Dragon Flight offers targeted movement to an enemy; this kit does not include Enigma or unrestricted Teleport. Meet the actual claw and boot requirements, then check Hell resistances and chance to hit with your delivered gear. No fixed kick speed, damage total, clear time or Uber performance is promised. Use the Call to Arms / Spirit switch before charging, then return to both Mosaic claws. The included Lightning Sunder lowers your own lightning resistance; inspect it with Fade active. The Infinity mercenary lowers enemy resistance when its aura reaches the target. Keep the mercenary positioned rather than assuming the aura applies everywhere.
