Before you equip it

Andariel's Visage requires level 83 and has -30% fire resistance. A socket, Ral rune and jewel are not included; check final fire resistance and all item stats. Hire the dual-wield Frenzy mercenary. Both Phase Blades require 136 Dexterity. No Meditation, Conviction, Concentration or Decrepify weapon is included.

This is equipment only. Hire the correct Act 5 mercenary in your game. Check every item’s level, Strength and Dexterity requirements and the mercenary’s final resistances. Life leech helps only with physical attacks against enemies that can be leeched; spell damage does not return life through leech.
